How can Psychotherapy help you?
Brief Strategic Hypnotherapy, Counselling, CBT, EMDR, EFT, Solution Focused, NLP and many more come under the broad banner of Psychotherapy.
Mainly evidence based therapy, with over 80,000 research references worldwide, but often misunderstood by the public.
It is important to understand that Psychotherapy is not a magic pill. It requires that the client be committed to change and prepared to make the effort to make that change a reality.
