I use a number of different approaches, as I have trained in psychodynamic hypnotherapy, EFT and EMDR, have a Master Practitioner Certificate in NLP, and a certificate in Person-Centred Counselling. Often my sessions will combine several approaches. My clients’ issues are so varied that I prefer to think of myself as a generalist, though I do have specialised training and experience in helping survivors of childhood sexual abuse, and have been able to guide supervisees when this issue has come up in the course of their work with a client.

My Qualifications Include
A Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma, a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, a BAC recognised Certificate in Counselling Skills, a Diploma in Primary Cause Analysis, and a Master Practitioner Certificate in NLP. Certified Hypnotic Fertility Practitioner.
I am registered as an Accredited Member of The National Council For Hypnotherapy, The National Register of Practitioners in Smoking Cessation, and The National Council of Psychotherapists. I am a member of the new CNHC - The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council Register now recognised by the government and the NHS. I am also a qualified supervisor of hypnotherapists and psychotherapists.
