About me:
A person-centred integrative Hypnotherapist.
Combining many techniques and approaches focused completely on the needs of my clients. Having successfully worked with thousands of people in diverse mental health settings for over 20 years, I completely understand how limiting behaviours and thinking can prevent us from achieving our goals and a positive sense of wellbeing.
My therapy is targeted, progressive, empowering, solution focused and does not involve long term and expensive outlays. I want my clients to get the maximum rewards in the most effective time. With my support we can focus on what can be done and take positive steps forward.
I have a passion for watching my clients regain and achieve a sense of confidence, value, self-worth, and good mental health once again in their lives.
*Additionally, I provide guidance as an advisory service for trainee Hypnotherapists looking to help smoothly complete the Learning Outcomes as part of the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD). This is the Gold standard of Hypnotherapy training and a must for all serious Hypnotherapists.
