About Me
Georgina is a mum, a clinical hypnotherapist, and a teacher. She is a warm and gentle communicator with a passion for helping those around her feel strengthened in their lives.
Born in London, she went to Newcastle University where she gained her BA in Music. She then went to Trinity Conservatoire to study voice. During her time there, she found that she was interested in child psychology and teaching, so she directed her attention towards achieving the NVQ Level 4 in Montessori Pedagogy. She then spent eight years teaching before deciding to take her career further and train as a hypnotherapist after having had personal experience of therapy to overcome the remnants of abuse.
The course Georgina chose allowed her to explore many different and far-reaching techniques of therapy, some of which include Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Alongside her NVQ4, this means that Georgina is qualified in seven different areas relations to personal growth, allowing a truly individual approachable to her hypnotherapy sessions.
Georgina now works with clients of all walks of life to help them reframe any debilitating behaviours or thoughts in a more effective way than traditional talking therapy.
