I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, as well as a practitioner in NLP, EMDR and EFT. Having been to hypnotherapy myself and seen the benefits that it had to my life, I decided to change directions and begin a career in something that I feel can really have an impact on other people’s lives. Every person is unique, and we all need different things in order to get the most out of therapy. I aim to work collaboratively with you to find out what approach works best for you, to help you work through any limiting self beliefs and reach your goals. As I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, it's possible for 2 or more of these approaches to be used within one session.
There are many things that hypnotherapy can help with, including anxiety, confidence, fears and phobias, habits that you wish to change, working through trauma, weight management, sleep issues and improving your relationships.
I am currently practicing via Zoom and Skype from my home in Surrey. All of the therapeutic techniques that I offer can work very well over video call. I work in a non-judgemental way, and aim to work with you and all of your skills and resources in order to achieve the outcome that you wish.
