About Me
I became a member of the National Society of Psychotherapists NSPSY after completing training to achieve my Advanced diploma in clerical, hypnotherapy, after a career journey that presented me with opportunities to work with diverse client groups. These ranged from high net worth individuals and organisations through to not for profit organisations.
Mentoring and finding effective solutions, using a combination of therapeutic modalities, to help clients to find balance in their personal development. I have worked in risk management positions here in the UK and overseas negotiating complex communications that required cultural sensitivities and a personal centred approach, to finding the balance of client care and external influences

Free initial consultation
It would be misleading to comment on an approach that may help you without carrying out an assessment before-hand. For medical conditions, IBS etc. It would be advisable for you to visit your doctor for a medical diagnosis prior to therapy however that can be discussed during the initial consultation.
The length and number of sessions, as well as the best approach to be taken, would be discussed at this FIC (Free Initial Consultation). You would be asked to consider the therapy and phone back for an appointment if you feel the approach is right for you

Fees
Fees currently range from £75 to £130 per session, depending on the approach and length of the session, which may range from 1 to 2 hours.
