Training, Qualifications & Experience
I trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist at the Surrey College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (SCCP) and as a Solution Focused Coach at the Institute of Leadership and Management.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Physiology from the University of Westminster which has given me a deep understanding of the structure and function of the human body. I use my understanding of how the brain and mind interact with the endocrine, digestive, cardiovascular, respiratory and other bodily systems to help clients with problems such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), anxiety, depression, obesity, phobias, insomnia and many addictions.
I am registered with the National Hypnotherapy Association and a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
I am the Education Director at The National Society Of Psychotherapists. I have worked in the education sector for approximately 20 years and I am passionate about ensuring the highest possible educational standards in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and counselling training.
