About Me
Hi. I’m Sarah de Castro. I facilitate change and healing, and enhance performance through hypnotherapy, EMDR, coaching & modern therapy.
I’m a modern hypnotherapist, coach and EMDR practitioner. Certified and highly trained in numerous techniques, I’m a University Master Coach (Paris Panthéon-Assas) and certified EMCC senior practitioner as well as a clinical hypnotherapist and EMDR practitioner.
Since I was a child in New Zealand, I’ve turned to personal development tools to continually up level and explore the strange and wonderful life we’re in.
I’ve created a method to bring helpful and sustainable change, help people evolve and find peace.
