About Me
Hi, I’m Ati…
Thank you for your visit. I am so pleased you are here.
I am a human first.
I am an Integrative therapist, Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. A BACP registered Integrative Counsellor, mindfulness and meditation teacher and EFT (tapping) therapist.
I am qualified in Vietnamese facial reflexology (Dien Chan Zone) and trained in EMDR and NLP practices. I am a creative youth mindfulness coach (it means I can use mindfulness strategies to help children and young people…and adults!). I am a qualified Eco therapist and offer ‘Chai & Wander’ sessions (these are walk & talk sessions).
I work creativity using different modalities to aid the therapeutic process. It’s all about what fits your needs and the relationship is person centred based on congruence - that means I work on a programme in harmony with your needs.
I support people from all stages of life with their wellbeing, guide them through the challenges we all face, to help them make connections with their mind, body and soul.
Having experienced unease in my own wellbeing…
I found myself seeking therapeutic support which was incredibly healing. This helped me to re-evaluate the path I was travelling on. Previously working in the fashion and jewellery industries I embarked on training to become a talking therapist many moons ago to initially support families with disabled children and my practice has grown from this strong foundation to extending therapeutic support to everyone.
I support children & young people, adults in a one to one, couples and group setting in person and online. Since starting my menopause journey, I have also supported women transitioning through theirs.
I encourage my clients to participate in outdoor sessions as nature is one of the biggest healers and I have witnessed great shifts in perspective whilst being outside holding a therapeutic space. I have guided many people along their journeys whether it has been through one to one support with children & young people, adults & couples or group work - it has been an honour.
* If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have any ongoing chronic medical condition, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment before seeking therapeutic support e.g. hypnotherapy and always inform your therapist. Please do consult your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies or treatments.
