Based in The Healing Hut, a warm and cosy shepherds hut in Hampshire, I offer a range of soothing and calming therapies designed to help you naturally relax, release tension, fear, self-limiting beliefs and sadness, in order to re-balance, reset and move forward in a more positive and fulfilling way.
Working collaboratively with you, I combine a mix of fast acting therapeutic approaches, tailored to your evolving needs as we progress together through your healing journey.
With a kind and compassionate approach, I support children, young people, adults on a one-to-one basis, both in person and online, providing a tool kit of resources that can be utilised outside of sessions to build inner strength and confidence to overcome life’s challenges.
